DIGITAL LEARNING TOOLS & TECH TOOLS

The DOE has created student accounts for every single New York City public school student. The account gives your child access to Google Classroom and Microsoft Office 365.

NYC Schools Account (NYCSA) is an app that helps you track your child’s education. Through NYCSA, you can see their grades, attendance, fitness results, schedule, and more. Find out how to sign up, now.

  • Microsoft Software for Students and Families

The DOE provides free Microsoft software to students and families. Much of this software has education-specific content that supports our students’ academic improvement. In addition, familiarity with these tools will help prepare students for college and careers. FIND OUT MORE! If students need help logging in, they should go to the password reset tool for students where they’ll need to enter their OSIS number and Date of Birth (DOB) to reset their passwords.

They also help students follow the rules and act in ways that lead to effective digital learning. Click here to see the responsibilities expected of parents, students, and teachers.
